Yes. All four doctors are accepting new patients. Please visit our New Patients tab located at the top of our website to get further information.

We accept most insurance types, but it is up to the patient to determine what amount of coverage will be provided.

As of 1/1/2018, we do not accept any SelectHealth insurance plans.

There are a couple of ways to make a prescription refill request. You can have your pharmacy send a faxed request to our office; you can contact your doctor directly and make a request via their staff or you can make a request on this website using the Refill Request button on the Home page. Ask your doctor their preferred method of making a request. Please also be aware that is can take up to 48 hours to process a request, so please plan ahead; we don't want you to be without your medications!

We do have availability to do walk-in care with injections, PT/INR checks, flu and allergy shots, but for illnesses or health maintenance visits an appointment would be necessary.

Yes! You don't need insurance to be seen at Providence Family Medicine. Contact your doctor's billing manager to receive information related to cost and payment plan options.
